DeYarman CDJR Ames is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Detail Manager, with dealership experience, to join our dynamic team. As the Detail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the detailing operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with leadership skills and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities – Detail Manager:

• Manage and lead the automotive detailing team, ensuring efficient and high-quality services.
• Develop and implement detailing processes to achieve superior results and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicles to meet dealership and customer standards.
• Maintain an organized and well-equipped detailing facility.
• Train, mentor, and motivate detailing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and control inventory of detailing supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Service and Sales departments to ensure timely delivery of detailed vehicles.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements - Detail Manager:

• Auto dealership detail experience is required.
• Detail Management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of detailing products, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in automotive detailing or related field is a plus.
