I am semi retired now and live in Nevada now but have held 3 State of Iowa Masters licenses, Master Electrician, Master HVAC technician, and Master Plumber. If you’re sick of getting ripped off and feeling like you’re paying for incompetent work. Give me a call I do strictly Service and repair on all electrical and HVAC plus we are happy to come out and give you a second opinion if another company has declared your hvac system has to be replaced. I do residential, Farm and light commercial applications. I also do a little plumbing including tankless water heaters.
Since retiring and moving 2500 miles away last year My Moms health has declined and she just lost her Husband of 40+ years so I have come back to help her get her home in order to sell and help her get into a more suitable living environment for someone 80 + years old with the onset of Alzheimer’s.
I came back to find my mom in pretty poor shape and under the circumstances I will have to stay with her until we can sell her home and get her moved to a retirement community that has some living assistance.
So I need a little work to keep my own home afloat and still be able to do what I have to do to help my mom. Any work will be much appreciated.
