Was a good beginner camper till we upgraded. Pulled fine by an SUV. Extends to 24ft. Comes with screen room that attaches to awning. Well maintained. Stored inside during winters. New tires in 2021 never drove too far. Heater, refrigerator, inside and outside stoves work great. No A/C. Some mice chew areas in upholstery from years past but canvas has been repaired and in good shape with no leaks.
