Gay Male 30 with a professional career as a Bio lab tech. Recently separated from my partner and am looking to rent out the empty room. Have lived in Iowa for a few years now.
To be honest, I'm hoping for at least 2 years of commitment, if not more so I'm able to save up as much as I can.
Partially furnished, a little older furniture but so it goes.
Live in a quadplex, quiet, and keep to yourself kind of neighbors but friendly. Has a parking lot, so 2 cars per apartment, so you shouldn't worry about space.
Roughly 15 15-minute drive from Ames.
Cost of utilities and rent will be split.
-rent $500
-electricity ~ $45 - $120 a month
-can talk about splitting the WiFi if we want it etc.
