Looking to rent a room in my a
3 bedroom apartment for the summer. Maybe longer.
I’m a single mom with 3 kids. Twin 3 year old and a 15 year old.
You will may a flat rate of $450/month including utilities and wifi. $100 refundable deposit.
You will have your own space for food in the fridge and complete use of the home. I just asked that you keep your room decent and pick up after yourself. Maybe help take the trash out every now and then?
There are 2 bathrooms. A washer and dryer. And as for a bathroom you will share with my 15 year old. There is a patio. This is a first floor unit.
I have uploaded a floor plan. Your room will be the bedroom 3.
Safe community. West Ames. Near bus stop. Near hyvee.
About us. I’m laid back. I take care of my disabled twins and my son does schooling at home due to health issues.
We are not quiet. There are 3 year old twins in the home. I’m being up front. Not furnished.
We can work out logistics.
