Hello! I am looking to purchase a rural homestead or farmland property with an older home. I’m hoping to find a peaceful place in the country to put down roots and create a simple, meaningful life. We are looking between Blairsburg and Alden.
What I’m looking for:
Rural setting (quiet, private, country surroundings)
Acreage preferred (open land, pasture, or partially wooded)
Older home is perfectly okay (fixer-upper welcome!)
Outbuildings, barns, or space for animals is a big plus
Within reasonable distance of town, but still private
I truly value the history and character of older homes and would love the opportunity to care for and restore a property with heart.
