We are moving to a larger office mid-summer 2019 and are looking for a tenant to sublease the remainder of our contract (ends November 30, 2019). The landlord has indicated that the new tenant could choose to extend the existing lease and/or re-write a new lease as long as it carries though November 30th, 2019 or longer. Current rent is $966/mo and includes electricity, water & sewer, garbage, and two reserved parking spaces. In the past, a free membership to Ames Racquet & Fitness (located just across the parking lot) has also been included.
