Timber Creek Cemetery is taking bids for lawncare for the season running from April 6, 2026, to October 31, 2026.
To complete your application, please submit the following-
1) Your bid in total dollars for the mowing season starting April 6 and ending October 31. Bid must be signed. (Only bids for the whole season will be accepted.)
2) Proof of insurance.
3) Who will be doing and will be responsible for the work. For example, if it is just you, indicate that. If you have assistants/helpers, please indicate who they are and if they are covered under your insurance or if they have their own insurance.
4) Experience mowing and if you have specific experience mowing cemeteries.
5) Type of mower and equipment you will be using.
6) Minimum of 3 references with name, address, phone number and email.
Your bid and information must be returned by Friday, April 3, 2026 at 5 pm.
