Small logs wanted (Colo, Iowa)

I am a new timber buyer, d.n.r. bonded for 2026. I am also a new small sawmill owner, with a Woodland mills hm122.

I am looking for small logs. I am interested in trees, and logs close to Colo, Iowa. Small to basic size logs. 5 foot, to 10 foot long. 10" minimum, to 20" inch maximum thickness.

Here are a couple pictures,, examples of some logs i have bought.

Hardwood and softwood logs wanted. I am new at forestry and have hobby size equipment. If you have logs to sell, or trees ready to cut. Talk to me about delivering. Right now, I can only pickup small and short logs. I have had some longer logs delivered, I have picked up 3 short logs myself. Cherry logs are really heavy and it was all my little pickup could handle.
