I have a custom full-suspension mountain bike that I have ridden only once and wish to sell. Money is tight, and it doesn't make sense to hold on to something that I don't use. This bike was purchased at a bike shop in downtown Ames that doesn't exist anymore. The bike was on sale for $1495, which was $500 off the $1995 regular price. I remember how impressed I was with the full Shimano Deore XTR components as well as a bunch of other high-end parts. You can see in the pictures that this bike is all quality. It is in excellent condition and shows no signs of wear on the components. Some cosmetic flaws can be seen on a couple of the "Lincoln" decals, and the only other issue is the rear brake. The lever can be squeezed to the limit without activating the brake. I did some research, and apparently Shimano Deore XTR brakes need to be "bled" periodically. Everything looks perfect, but the brake needs to be adjusted. The frame size is large. It fits me well, and I am 6 feet tall. The price is $850. I live on the north side of Ames. Contact me to come and check out this unique full-suspension bike!
