This is a spacious and beautiful townhome with lots of sunlight, located in north Ames, with a 15 minute bus ride to Campus. The mall is right down the block, with a Planet Fitness gym. Walmart, groceries, and restaurants are in walking distance.
It is currently $1750/mo, utilities and internet included.
Renting the whole house is preferred but we can rent individual rooms for an average of $440 per month.
You will likely be required to have renters insurance, which is usually below $15/mo.
One bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, and the other 3 bedrooms have a shared bathroom. There is a half bath on the main floor.
