They also have two pools and courts for sand vollyball, basketball, and tennis. There is open parking available which is great when you have people over.

I am leaving Ames in December and cannot keep my contract for this room. I would like to be able to find someone to sublease the rest of the contract ending on July 31st, 2010. I am good friends with one of the housemates, and his parents are the Landlords. They are all very nice, friendly people and are trustworthy. The landlords are very good about rent and changes to the house as well.

The house features a large kitchen / dining area, large living room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large backroom for storage or whatever you want to put back there. There are also two sheds for storage and ample space for parking your car (there is a driveway). Everything is paid for except rent (no cable, but high speed internet). This includes garbage, water, heat, and electric.

The house is very close to the ISU campus, and there is a bus stop (green route) less than a block away that will take you right there. The campus is also in walking distance.

If you wish to stay here, the landlords will gladly sign you to a new contract.
