I am a 20 year old female transfer student that will be attending ISU in the fall. My 18 year old boyfriend and I are in the process of buying a large home in Ames with the intentions of renting out 3 rooms. The sale is not final, but hopefully will be soon. We still want to remodel a bit when the sale is finalized, but no major renovations. The house will be ready to move in by early to mid August. The house is large and the downstairs will be a common living space for all tenants excluding our bedroom and bathroom. The rent is not for sure yet because we need an estimate on utilities, but it will not be more than $375. Please let me know if you would be interested.
