I am a 23 year old gay male and am preparing for graduate school next fall by taking some classes I need for grad school.

I don't need much room (enough for a bed, desk, clothes) and will at least need access to kitchen facilities (to make lunch/dinner). I will be gone much of the week at classes and commute a few days a week to work. I may be gone most weekends, but would like the opportunity to have company over occasionally.

We can afford around $700-$800 a month for rent. Our rent will always be on time and we will be wanting to stay in between terms.
